The inspiration for this collection came from a visit at Fondation Cartier in Paris where few artists explored the nature of hair through the centuries and created a fusion between races. I then decided to create an afro texture on European models and extend the idea to the extreme in order to achieve a very architectural result.
The purpose of this was to show that any nature of hair could be mixed with every colour skin and I feel that it is how the future is going to be in hairdressing.
